Locally-made and born from a recipe handed down from her aunt, Dot Worobetz is the wonderful lady behind Saucy Dotty’s Gourmet Sauce. “Saucy Dotty’s Original Gourmet Sauce” is the end result of a decision to put age restrictions, other peoples’ opinions, and other such nonsense aside and give an idea a chance! The sauce itself is at least that bold with a balanced partnership of sweet and savory, and we hear that it’s being used as a straight-up sauce, a marinade, glaze, dip, pizza base … as well as an ingredient in chili and stew … to name but a few.
